How this site handles your information.
This is a draft written for review. It has not been approved by the owner or by counsel, and it is not the final privacy notice.
What the forms send
- When you send a form, your answers go to Signed & Filed’s client system so a preparer can reply: your name, your phone or email, and the answers you chose.
- If you tick the contact box, we also keep the wording you agreed to, the time and your device’s IP address, as a record of your consent.
- On this preview, forms send to a test system.
Spam check
- Pages with a form load Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check run by Cloudflare, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers it.
- This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising tags. The spam check is the only third-party script.
- Links to IRS pages open the IRS website, which has its own privacy policy.
What we will never ask for on this website
- Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank details or photos of ID.
- Those go only through the secure client portal, after you book with a preparer.
Before launch
The final privacy notice will be written with counsel before the site goes live. It will cover what is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted, including how tax return information is protected under federal rules.
